Handpicked from the Westgate Vineyard planted in 1969. Whole bunch pressed and run direct to 800L old French barrels from the press by gravity. Indigenous yeast ferment with no acidification, left sur lees for 8 months, cold and protein stabilised, coarsely filtered and bottled in October 2010.
