Grown in on a granite based vineyard between Macedon and Bendigo. 75% whole bunches and the rest as whole berries. Fermented in old wooden tanks for 2 weeks then pressed to 10% new French puncheon and older barriques and left on lees for 6 months before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.
