One-off special, Sagrantino Rosé! This is the first wine ever bottled at our new Preston winery, and we only made one barrel! The fruit is sourced from Chalmers Vineyard in Heathcote. Grown on Cambrian soils, whole bunch pressed and fermented in older French barrels. Served chilled as the perfect pasta wine. Bottled unfiltered and unfined.
