Our first ever single vineyard Pinot Noir from the Upper Yarra. Coming in at a mere 12.2% alcohol with succulent bright red fruits, tangy acidity, and a lively clove spice finish. Hand picked, 50% whole bunch, short maceration, aged in French hogsheads. As always bottled unfiltered and unfined.
