Square One Coffee is a small scale coffee roastery located in Cremorne. If you’ve been in to visit us you will have seen Gary’s partner Elika behind the bar - this is her baby. She aims to bring you coffee that is ethically purchased, using stratified buying practices in the specialty coffee industry. Elika travels to the countries of origin to not only view growing an production conditions, but to create long standing relationships with the producers.
