Jez and Georgia are taking over!

Meet these two inspiring chefs that are passionate about sustainability, kick-ass ingredients and delicious food!
Jez Wick and Georgia Carthew are taking over the Jamsheed kitchen for one weekend only, and we'd be silly not to have a long Sunday lunch to wrap it all up!

Jez Wick's cooking has taken her all over the world and after 10 years living and cooking across kitchens in Europe she is back on Australian shores creating pop ups and events in Melbourne and Sydney, from working with Ben McMenamin from Social Food Project in Melbourne to Co-Founding a hospo charity over COVID she is coming to Jamsheed to cook up storm!

Georgia is a green thumbed Northern suburbs girl with a fine dining background and has worked in some of Melbourne's most iconic restaurants. Some of her early days were spent at Commè and The Grand then onto the European/French Saloon, NGV where her love for everything pastry took off.

Josie at Jamsheed Official Houswarming!

To welcome Josie, headed up by Josh Nicholson Catering, we will be throwing a Josie at Jamsheed Housewarming in form of a long lunch… FINALLY!

On Sunday March 21st we will be serving up a $45 per person shared feast, showcasing suckling pig from one of Josie's trusted suppliers Doeven's Family Farm in South-West Victoria, where Josh collects the pigs to take to the abattoir himself. You can also select matched wines by Gary Mills himself for an additional $50 per person, or just order off the list as you please! Come and help us give Josie the welcome she deserves, it's going to be a good one!
